Los contratos informáticos

Derived from the growth of Information Technology in the social environment and its incursion in all areas where humanity develops, this article analyzes the relationship between Law and Information Technology based on computer contracts which have been created to establish the terms of the subject matter of the contract itself as creator of faculties and obligations for the parties, with the objective of regulating the activities to which they committed themselves at the time of signature thereof, which in spite of not being specified as such in any legislation, the Civil Code of Sinaloa establishes that they will be regulated according to similar contracts established in it Keywords: Contracts, Computing, Law, Legislation.Derivado del crecimiento de la Informática en el entorno social y su incursión en todas las áreas donde la humanidad se desenvuelve, el presente artículo analiza la relación existente entre el Derecho y la Informática a partir de los contratos informáticos los cuales se han creado para establecer los términos de la materia objeto del contrato mismo como creador de facultades y obligaciones para las partes, con el objetivo de regular las actividades a las cuales se comprometieron al momento de la firma del mismo, los cuales a pesar de no estar especificados como tales en alguna legislación, el Código Civil de Sinaloa establece que se regularán de acuerdo a contratos semejantes establecidos en el mismo.
