This project explored using human-centered design methods how can we change the way healthcare delivers information to people about their health so that they feel empowered and educated about their health. It also investigates how to create a space that allows for reflection about own health without falling into worry and unnecessary stress. Primar focus on the project was to investigate the end-user side and explore what value drawn from the medical records can be provided for people using healthcare. For this reason, empowerment in the healthcare context became the aim and important aspect of this project.
