Job satisfaction is the level of pleasure felt by an employee for his role or work in a company. Many factors can influence employee job satisfaction, including self efficacy and work environment. Self efficacy is the employee's confidence in his ability to carry out tasks, while the work environment is a condition around the workplace both physically and non-physically that can give the impression of fun, secure, and reassuring.
