INKLUSI KEUANGAN DITINJAU DARI SISI DEMOGRAFI

One step that can be taken to introduce and improve financial inclusion to the community is to integrate a non-cash system that aims to invite and change the habit of cash into non-cash through electronic money. In this study to measure financial inclusion there are 4 dimensions including availability or access, use, quality, and well-being, and for demographic variables consisting of age, sex, ethnicity, region, recent education, income, and the use of electronic money. The purpose of this study was to look for an overview of financial inclusion in terms of demography. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Data was collected by online questionnaire techniques. This study involved users of electronic money in Indonesia. The total sample in this study was 750 users of electronic money originating from ethnic groups in Indonesia by convenience sampling method. Data analysis in this study using SPSS 16.0. The results of research based on screening questions illustrate that respondents who dominate in this study based on the dimensions of use are electronic money users who use electronic money with regularity often with a frequency of use 5-10 times in a period of 1 month and with a duration of 1-2 years. In this study it was found that respondents in the study were dominated by users who used electronic money products with the BRIZZI type and age based BRIZZI users were dominated by respondents aged 36-50 years and based on work dominated by employee and professional jobs. Respondents in this study were dominated by respondents who used electronic money to shop. The results of this study can illustrate that respondents who dominated this research were respondents aged 36-50 years, male sex, originating from the Javanese tribe, urban areas, with the last education of undergraduate, employee and professional employment, and also dominated by respondents with revenues of more than Rp. 5,000,000 and respondents with spending on the use of electronic money in the amount of less than Rp. 400,000. Respondents who dominate in this study based on the dimensions of use are electronic money users who use electronic money with regularity often with frequency of use less than 5-10 times in a period of 1 month and with a duration of use 1-2 years and found that respondents in the study were dominated by users who use electronic money products with the BRIZZI type and are used for shopping. The highest average value based on the items of questions that have been answered by the respondent shows that the respondents with the highest average financial inclusion are respondents aged 36-50 years, male sex, Javanese tribe, urban areas, the last education is Doctor, employee and professional work, income of more than IDR 5,000,000 and expenditure of more than IDR 1,750,000
