In this paper, a model for the dynamic of an age strucutred population is considered in which the density y depends on the time t, the age a and the spatial variable x belonging to D where D is the limited environment. Moreover, we assume that there are exchanges through the boundary dD. Here we prove the existence and the uniqueness of the solution.Dans ce travail, on considère un population structuré dans un domaine D. La dynamique de la population est décrite au moyen d'une fonction y, dépendant des variables (t,a,x) où t est le temps, a l'âge et x est la position géographique dans D. On suppose qu'il y a échange d'individus entre la population et le milieu extérieur, et on montre alors l'existence et l'unicité de la solution
