This paper analyzed the capacity of the Ricean MIMO (multi-input multi-output) channel by the unknown and known channel information respectively and discussed the simulation result. It showed that in the case of low SNR(signal-to-noise ratio), when the number of the antennas and LOS (line of sight) component ratio were small or large, it was reasonable to adopt the optimized power allotment.</p
