Phylogénie des Stereodermini Sharp, 1895, et description d'un nouveau genre afrotropical (Coleoptera, Brentidae)

Phylogeny of the Stereodermini Sharp, 1895, and description of a new afrotropical genus (Coleoptera, Brentidae). A phylogeny of the genera of Stereodermini is provided, based on 32 characters from adults morphology. This maximum parsimony analysis seems to confirm the monophyly of the tribe but not of all the genera. New synonymies and new combinations are proposed and a new genus is described for Metatrachelizus africanus Damoiseau, 1967 : Afrodermus n. gen. Stereodermini probably originated in western Gondwana and two clades were formed when the Atlantic Ocean opened : the african one conquered Asia after India and Madagascar separated from the rest of Africa, and the neotropical one reached the Oriental region by the Beringia land bridge 50 millions years ago, at warmer periods. An identification key to the genera is provided.Une phylogénie des genres de la tribu des Stereodermini est proposée sur la base de 32 caractères tirés de la morphologie imaginale. Cette analyse en maximum de parcimonie semble confirmer la monophylie de la tribu mais remet en cause celle de certains genres. Plusieurs mises en synonymie et nouvelles combinaisons sont proposées, et un genre nouveau est décrit pour l'espèce africaine Metatrachelizus africanus Damoiseau, 1967 : Afrodermus n. gen. Les Stereodermini seraient d'origine ouest-gondwanienne et deux grands clades se seraient formés lors de l'ouverture de l'Atlantique : un premier d'origine africaine ayant conquis l'Asie après la séparation de l'Inde et Madagascar du reste de l'Afrique, et un autre d'origine néotropicale ayant conquis la région Orientale par le détroit de Béring il y a environ 50 millions d'années, au moment de périodes plus chaudes.
