This watershed-based plan addresses sources of bacteria, sediment, and nutrient pollution and identifies critical areas for protection and restoration throughout the watershed. Additionally, this plan provides strategies to reduce or eliminate pollution loads, recommends potential funding opportunities and technical resources for pollution mitigation practices, and outlines a public outreach strategy to increase public awareness about water quality issues as it relates to bacteria, sediment, and nutrients
