Federal Transit Administration Programs state management plan

The U.S. Department of Transportation, through the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), provides a number of programs designed to assist in the provision of local public transportation services. FTA requires each state to have an approved State Management Plan on file with their regional office. The intent of the South Carolina State Management Plan is to document the State‘s mission, goals, policies, procedures and administrative guidelines for the FTA programs.
