South Carolina Energy Office operations plan, FY 2009 : executive summary

This document is a comprehensive document detailing the planned activities of the South Carolina Energy Office (SCEO) for the period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. These activities are designed to address the critical needs of the state as they relate to saving energy, enhancing energy efficiency, reducing reliance on foreign suppliers, and improving environmental quality.
