Third annual report, the South Carolina Museum Commission, 1 July 1976 to 30 June 1977

Each year the South Carolina Museum Commission produces an annual report. Included is a statement of the chairman, flow chart of services, history of the commission, expenditures and recommendations for establishing a State Museum
