The overall goal of this project is, in evaluating the solicitation process for the DOR, find more efficient and effective means of maintaining compliance with the South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code, providing an avenue for the vendor community to receive more procurement opportunities and streamlining the process and workflow for the procurement staff
