The Dynamics of the Geography of Poverty of the Russian Population for 2012 — 2018 years

At the present stage of Russia’s development, the role of the demographic factor is becoming more important than before. The deteriorating demographic situation in the country actualizes the importance of increasing human capital in the country’s regions. It is necessary to transform the territorial social policy in Russia in the direction of ensuring spatial socio-economic development and the solution of the accumulated problems in the geography of effective employment and poverty of the population, the real increase and leveling of the difference in income of the population. By the time the new cycle of the growing demographic crisis, which will come in 2033 and will last until 2050, should the issue of territorial poverty to solve it. The main scientific and practical purpose of the geographical study of poverty of the population of the Russian Federation is to find ways to achieve a favorable spatial organization of social life for people. The article analyzes and assesses the changes in the geography of poverty in the context of the subjects of the Russian Federation for 2012-2018. The grouping of subjects of the country on the level of poverty of the population is made. The methods of statistical, cartographic analysis of the geography of poverty are used. The necessity of taking into account the spatial differences of poverty in the future socio-economic development of the country.На современном этапе развития России роль демографического фактора приобретает все большее значение. Ухудшающаяся демографическая ситуация в стране актуализирует важность повышения человеческого капитала в регионах страны. Требуется трансформация территориальной социальной политики в России в направлении обеспечения пространственного социально-экономического развития и решение накопившихся проблем в географии эффективной занятости и бедности населения, реального повышения и нивелирования разницы в его доходах. К моменту наступления нового усиливающегося цикла демографического кризиса, который наступит в 2033 году и будет продолжаться до 2050 года, необходимо проблему территориальной бедности населения решить. Главной научно-практической целью географического изучения бедности населения субъектов Российской Федерации является поиск направлений достижения благоприятной для людей пространственной организации социальной жизни. В статье даны анализ и оценка изменений в географии бедности населения в разрезе субъектов Российской Федерации за 2012-2018 годы. Произведена группировка субъектов РФ по уровню бедности населения. Использованы методы статистического, картографического анализа географии бедности. Обосновывается необходимость учета пространственных различий бедности населения в дальнейшем социально-экономическом развитии страны
