MODAL SOSIAL, PERILAKU KEWIRAUSAHAAN, MOTIF BERPRESTASI, KEMANDIRIAN PRIBADI TERHADAP KINERJA USAHA DENGAN PERILAKU KEWIRAUSAHAAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMEDIASI

This study aims to determine and analyze Social Capital, Entrepreneurial Behavior, Achievement Motive, Personal Independence on Business Performance with Entrepreneurial Behavior as a mediating variable in Small and Medium Enterprises making the sale of bananas in Majenang District and a total sample of 150 respondents. This type of research in this thesis is purposive sampling method. Data analysis method uses SEM analysis with AMOS program. The results of this study indicate that social capital has a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior, achievement motivation has a positive effect on entrepreneurial behavior, personal independence has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurial behavior has a positive and significant effect on business performance, capital social can not directly affect business performance, entrepreneurial knowledge can not directly affect business performance, achievement motivation has a positive and significant impact on business performance, personal independence can indirectly affect business performance.
