The study aimed to test and analyze the influence of Proactive Personality towards Career Success through the Leader-Member Exchange of the PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi of East Java of Planning, Procurement, and General Affair division. Sampling techniques using saturated samples with 45 respondents to PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi of East Java of Planning, Procurement, and General Affair division. The statistical analysis used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software.
