The site is the end plot in a cul-de-sac of new houses, in the immediate neighbourhood of an old convent. The house is designed as two identical flats: — on the ground floor the entrance hall, the children's bedrooms, bathroom, dining room and kitchen, — on the first floor the parents bedroom with bathroom suite and living room, both open onto a roof terrace. The walls are constructed of while sandlime bricks with white pointing, cavity and light-weight concrete insulating blocks internally.
