Abstract: Broadsides published by the Harlem Unemployment Center, Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, Catholic Interracial Council of New York, and Congress of Racial Equality in support of the Civil Rights marches in Selma, Alabama.Scope and Content Note: Broadsides were published in support of the Civil Rights marches in Selma, Alabama. One is for a march and rally in New York City in support of a Selma march, and the other broadside is a call for President Lyndon Johnson to use federal troops to protect the marchers in Selma.Biographical/Historical Note
