The University of Southern Maine is creating a new program that will develop a private-public policy workforce to serve infrastructure development in the industrial sector. In addition to improving the state\u27s infrastructure, it will also create jobs. Challenges facing this initiative are presented, as well as a text box scoring Maine\u27s infrastructure on an A-F scale. [image
