Paul V. Sykes, 25, a convicted child molester barred from contacting children while on probation, yesterday was returned to prison for two years for contacting minors via a computer bulletin board. Sykes in 1988 was sentenced to 12 years in prison, with six years suspended, and ended up serving around 3 1/2 years. He was released on probation in August 1993, and was arrested on June 22, 1994, after he had contact with the children of a man he was tutoring. Details
