Elwin Martin, 62, of Portland, on Monday was arrested by Biddeford police and charged with drug trafficking and operating a prostitution ring from his art gallery. Police chief Roger P. Beaupre said a search of the Main Street gallery yielded evidence of prostitution and a collection of pornographic material, some of which could include children.
