Gary Huntley, 47, of Portland, was indicted on three counts of gross sexual assault and one count of incest, after allegedly raping a family member within hours of his release from prison on July 8. Huntley in 1977 was convicted of sexually abusing a 13-year-old, and was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison. He was convicted of sex abuse in 1985, and received an 18-year sentence with three years suspended, of which he served nine years and nine days. Details
