A survey taken last spring by the Rocky Mountain Behavioral Science Institute of Colorado indicates that more than half of the seniors at Cape Elizabeth High School got drunk or smoked marijuana during the 1993-94 school year. The survey, sponsored by the Cape Elizabeth School Department and a group of concerned parents, was prompted in part by the 1993 arrests for LSD trafficking of three Cape Elizabeth teen-agers.
