U.S. District Court Judge Morton Brody yesterday sentenced Henry Lombard to life in prison for conspiracy to possess an illegal firearm and conspiracy to hide evidence. Lombard\u27s brother and co-conspirator, Hubert Hartley II, was sentenced to two years in prison and three years of probation. The conspiracy charges were liked to 1990 execution-style slayings of Morris Buddy Martin and Paul Lindsey in Fairfield. Both Lombard and Hartley were tried and acquitted of murder charges in separate trials in state courts
