Monday night\u27s sold-out Aerosmith concert at the Ballpark in Old Orchard Beach generated 30 noise complaints and resulted in a traffic jam on Saco Avenue, but the band apparently did not violate the town\u27s noise ordinance. People attending a Saco City Council meeting could hear the concert from outside City Hall, more than two miles from the Ballpark, because the clear night allowed the noise to travel
