John Freund, 48, of Nottingham, N.H., one of four sea kayakers stuck by lightning Saturday in Kittery, yesterday died of cardiac arrhythmia at York Hospital. Freund and three others were kayaking at the entrance to Portsmouth Harbor when a thunderstorm approached, forcing them to take shelter in a World War II-era bunker at Fort Foster. Lightning hit the bunker and knocked the four unconscious. Details
