A Maine Department of Labor report released yesterday shows that Cumberland, Kennebec, Lincoln, Sagadhoc and York counties in 1990 had median household and per capita incomes above statewide levels. Household median incomes ranged from $19,993 in Washington County to $32,432 in York County, with the statewide household median in 1989 at $27,854. The report relied on an analysis of 1980 and 1990 census figures
