Moses Sebunya, vice president of the Portland chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), has called James V. Oliver, the executive director of Portland West, a liar for having said that Portland West has made arrangements to cooperate with the NAACP in planning and implementing public awareness and education programs to combat discrimination.
