The Portland School Committee\u27s Family Living and Human Sexuality Advisory Board

The Portland School Committee\u27s Family Living and Human Sexuality Advisory Board voted 26-2 to recommend that non-school clinics be set up on school grounds to provide condoms, counseling and other health services to the city\u27s high school students.
