The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) yesterday ruled that John G. Sean Rafter\u27s exceptionally poor judgment during a fatal Airmed helicopter flight last fall does not merit permanent revocation of his commercial pilot\u27s license. The NTSB upheld the revocation of the air carrier license held by Echo Inc., the company that owned the helicoper. Under the new ruling, Rafter\u27s commercial pilot\u27s license is suspended only for 180 days. Details
