Voters at the annual Kennebunkport town meeting, held Saturday at Consolidated School, rejected the request of Francis Morphy and his aunt, Lucy Edwards, to rezone their house, which is located near Dock Square, from village residential\u27 to commercial. Morphy and Edwards claim that the noise from the downtown area has ruined the value of their home as a residential property. Opponents of the move warned against creeping commercialism and argued that zoning changes should be done in a comprehensive way, not in a piecemeal fashion
