An investigator with the Maine Human Rights Commission has found that Avis Rent A Car in Portland discriminated against two employees after they complained that the office was providing rental cars that were potentially unsafe -- Alan Darling, 38, head mechanic at Avis until he quit in September 1992, and Diane Hurrell say that office manager Keith Baylor knowingly rented vehicles with potential problems -- The two filed separate discrimination cases with the commission in 1992, but the report on the investigation was only completed this mont
