Nermina Omeragic, a 14-year-old Bosnian, yesterday left Portland\u27s Maine Medical Center on crutches. She first arrived last fall with war-caused injuries so severe that her leg might have been amputated. After reconstructive surgery with bone grafts, she looks forward to physical therapy
