An investigator for the Maine Human Rights Commission is recommending that the commission find that reasonable grounds exist to believe that Cinda Hartman Jones was forced to quit her job as assistant director for the Sportman\u27s Alliance of Maine because of sexual harassment. Jones, now living in Alexandria, Va., claims she was harassed by SAM director Thomas Nannery during 1991 and 1992. Details
