Harrah\u27s, the casino division of The Promus Companies, on Tuesday announced that it has signed a letter of intent with Maine\u27s Passamaquoddy Indian tribe to pursue the development and management of a $20 million, 60,000-square-foot casino complex. The Legislature will consider a bill to authorize the gaming operation during the current legislative session
