A Cumberland County grand jury has refused to indict Robert C. Hornbarger, 48, of Clearville, Penn., on manslaughter charges in connection with the October 10 Maine Turnpike accident which claimed the lives of four Lewiston-area teenagers. Hornbarger was indicted on a misdemeanor charge of falsifying his log book, and could still face civil litigation, which requires a lesser burden of proof. Details
