The Portland City Council has appointed a seven-member Portland Arts Committee, charged with developing a policy for public art in the city and reviewing the selection of publicly displayed art works. The committee includes Winton Scott, Steve Mohr, Richard Quesada, Alice Spencer, Peggy Golden, Pandora LaCasse and Peter Simmons. Details
