U.S. District judge Morton A. Brody has ruled that Westinghouse Electric Co. and the owners of an Augusta salvage yard must reimburse Central Maine Power Co. (CMP) for part of the costs of cleaning up a Superfund site where transformers are stored. CMP has already spent $4 million on cleanup at the dump owned by brothers William R. and John J. O\u27Connor, and costs may eventually rise to $25 million
