Permanent injunctions have been obtained against Michael Foshay, 22, and John Connors, 22, both of South Portland, which prohibit the men from going near a Portland gay bar or harassing its patrons or employees. A similar injunction prohibits Thore Aatlo, 32, of Portland, from going near a restaurant or the workplace of a woman whom he harassed. Both injunctions stem from recent hate crime incidents
