A federal Department of Veterans Affairs decision calling for medical studies of Persian Gulf war veterans complaining of illness could benefit Maine veterans of that conflict. The Veterans Administration has registered around 10,000 Persian Gulf veterans nationwide who have complained of health problems, while 175 in Maine have expressed concern about their health. Details
