Passenger boardings at the Portland International Jetport in July were down to 63,777, off considerably from July 1992\u27s figure of 73,025 but comparable to July 1991\u27s figure of 62,614. Analysts say the 1992 numbers were due in large part to the airfare wars of that year, which saw some airlines cut their ticket prices by half. Details
