U.S. District Judge D. Brock Hornby has ruled that the Portland billing srvices firm Bio-Medial Applications Management Company Inc. must pay three employees a total of $6,000 in back wages for alleged overtime violations. The U.S. Labor Department had filed suit against the company, alleging Bio-Medical didn\u27t pay proper overtime wages or keep adequate payroll records
