Somerset County sheriff\u27s deputy Rene Guay of Jackman, who was involved in the fatal shooting of Katherine Hegarty during a confrontation at her cabin in Dennistown Plantation cabin in May 1992, on Thursday said a barricaded-persons policy approved in February has not been circulated to officers. A member of the Remember Kathy Committee said she was told the policy was in place long ago. Details
