Cover Story piece on Portland\u27s Waterfront Development and Master Plan Committee, which is to include 26 people representing city, neighborhood, waterfront, and business interests. Portland Mayor Cheryl Leeman announced during her June 5 inaugural address that she is creating the committee and a subcommittee of the larger group called the Facility Building Committee.
