Two more of the Portland Public Market\u27s major vendors, Wolfe\u27s Neck Farm and Ricker Hill Produce, recently confirmed that they are leaving the 14-month-old market, following Island Acres Farm, the Pantry, Edelweiss Deli, and Cold Bay Seafood, which all left earlier. Peter Cox, president of the board at Wolfe\u27s Neck Farm Foundation, said practically no one is making a profit at the market. In its first year at the market, Wolfe\u27s Neck lost $184,000, according to Cox. Vendors say their rents are too high and management hasn\u27t been able to attract enough customers to the market. The Libra Foundation spent $9.3 million to build Portland Public Market and now owns it outright
