New piece reporting that Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) filed a petition last week with the United States Supreme Court that challenges the Maine Rx law. That law requires pharmaceutical companies doing business in the state to sell their products to uninsured residents at the same price it negotiates with the federal Medicaid program. The court will decide whether to hear the case shortly after it reconvenes in October
