Jon Andrews, an employee with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection, has filed suit in Kennebec County Superior Court against the DEP, several past and present DEP officials, state representative Paul Jacques and the Maine Oil Dealers Association. Andrews wrote a letter to the Maine Times concerning a June 25, 1993, Maine Times article about Amy and Mike Knowlton of Freedom and their dealing with DEP.
