News & Issues piece on Maine Public Broadcasting (MPBC) efforts to work with NBC affiliates in Bangor and Portland and the Bangor Daily News to provide more comprehensive coverage of Maine\u27s congressional races, but Maine voters will see fewer live debates as a result. Maine Public Radio will provide simulcasts of the three debates televised by its television arm.
