News & Issues piece on the Belfast & Moosehead Lake Railroad (B & ML). For the first time in 129 years, B & ML trains are not running from the railroad\u27s historical home on the waterfront in Belfast. Following a dispute with city officials about ownership of the waterfront property, which was purchased by the city in the 1980s for $360,000 and then leased back to the railroad, B & ML\u27s management decided to base all of its excursions in Unity, hometown of owner Bert Clifford. The B & ML runs excursions from Unity five days a week and provides dinner trains to the Marsh River Theater in Brooks.
