News & Issues piece on the College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor and Colby College in Waterville, two of just five schools nationwide named as scholarship sites for the United World College (UWC) program, which is made up of a select group of international students. The Maine colleges will participate through a program established by the Davis Family Foundation of Falmouth.
