Thirteen white water rafting outfitters have complained to the Department of Inland Fisheries that Northern Outdoors, founded by Wayne Hockmeyer and owned by his wife, Suzie Hockmeyher, and Adventure Bound, owned by Wayne Hockmeyer, are affiliated and are in violation of a state law prohibiting affiliated concerns from operating on the Kennebeck, an allocated river with state controlled usage.
